Kristin Smith (Tisdale) currently serves as the Head of Business Development at The Leadership Consortium (TLC) and has been a member since September 2021. In this role, Kristin focuses on driving organizational growth and impact within TLC, an organization founded to promote inclusion and diversity in corporate leadership. Kristin is also a member of The WIE Suite and Chief, and previously held the position of Vice President/General Manager at Saks Fifth Avenue. Prior to that, Kristin amassed extensive experience at Nordstrom in various managerial roles. Education includes participation in the Women's Leadership Forum at Harvard Business School, ongoing since March 2022, and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University, earned in 2007.
