Beth Sturman possesses extensive experience in non-profit management, with a focus on serving vulnerable populations. Currently, as the Executive Director of Laurel House since October 2005, Beth oversees a multi-faceted agency dedicated to individuals and families affected by domestic abuse, managing a $3 million budget and a staff of 56 across eight locations. Previous roles include Director of Residential Services at Project H.O.M.E., where leadership was provided for supportive housing for the homeless, and Program Manager at Programs in Counseling, managing a treatment diversion program. Early career positions included Case Management Supervisor at the Regional Center of the East Bay and Deputy Director at Clausen House, both focusing on services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Educational qualifications include an MPA from California State University - East Bay and studies at San Francisco State University, New College of California, and Binghamton University.
