Jake Kapostins is the Chief Technology Officer at The Launchpad Leads with previous experience as a Software Engineer at Electronic Arts. At Electronic Arts, Jake developed graphics backend and features for various Madden and NCAA titles across different gaming platforms. Prior to that, Jake worked as a Lab Specialist at Full Sail University, where Jake led teams through game development cycles and developed applications for student learning. Jake graduated from Full Sail University in 2009.
