Ken Laub is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in complex litigation and trial counsel. Currently serving as Senior Counsel at Lewis Johs Avallone Aviles, LLP since 2022, Laub also operates The Laub Firm as Attorney and Counselor at Law since 2016. Previous roles include Special Counsel-Trial Attorney at The Sanders Firm (2021-2022) managing the Medical Malpractice & Nursing Home Litigation Practice Group, and Special Counsel-Trial Attorney at Schwab Gasparini (2019-2020) directing labor and workers’ compensation practice areas. Laub has held various positions with a focus on medical malpractice, complex defense litigation, and trial representation across several prominent law firms since beginning a legal career as an associate at Bower & Gardner in 1981. Laub holds a J.D. from Cardozo School of Law and a B.A. in History from LIU Post.
