Noreen Withrow Roux is a licensed eligible CMHC with a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, obtained in 2018, and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Capella University, completed in 2014. With over three years of experience as a Mental Health Counselor, Noreen worked at North Country Health Consortium until December 2020 and currently serves as a Mental Health Therapist at Lakes Region Mental Health Center since August 2021. Earlier experience includes a practicum at Friendship House in 2017 and education in Paralegal Studies at Hesser College from 1994 to 1996.
