Laure Chevallier is a co-founder of The Lab Concepts, a hospitality team focusing on creating and operating food, beverage, and lifestyle brands that prioritize human connections. Additionally, Laure is the founder of Bakes Saigon, a French patisserie brand in Vietnam. As a co-founder of The Lab and Blank Lounge & Bar, Laure is involved in designing interiors, products, and brands for clients. Previously, Laure worked as a Junior Strategic Planner at TBWA\RAAD, where Laure focused on understanding clients' businesses, cultural contexts, and inspiring creatives. During their internship at Louvre Hôtels, Laure assisted in recruitment, marketing, communication tools, and software upgrades.
