Geraldine Matthews BSc, RN, MSc is an accomplished healthcare executive with extensive experience in operations management within various healthcare settings. Since January 2017, Geraldine serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Küsnacht Practice, recognized globally for its treatment of dependency and mental health disorders. Prior to this role, Geraldine held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Double Check AG, providing specialized medical services, and served as Senior Hospital Operations Manager at CSSS Ouest-de-l'ile, where responsibilities included enhancing patient care and resource optimization. Earlier in Geraldine's career, experience included managing intensive care and cardiology at the Jewish General Hospital, and a solid nursing foundation with a B.Sc. in Nursing from Université de Montréal and an M.Sc. in Management from Université Laval.
