Tom Hocker is an experienced professional in security management and human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Threat Intelligence and Threat Hunting Teams at Kroger since April 2012. Hocker leads efforts in threat operations, incident response, and security awareness, while also holding roles as a Senior Security Engineer within the Threat Operations Team. Prior experiences at Kroger include managing compensation and benefits for various retail divisions, serving as a Total Rewards Manager overseeing compensation for over 1,000 associates, and coordinating human resources for store management recruitment. Hocker has also held management positions in operations for Kroger's Ruler Foods format, including opening new stores and supervising multi-unit operations. Additionally, Tom Hocker serves as a Director at Trace Labs and holds a Bachelor's degree in English from Purdue University.
