Ken Perry is an experienced professional with a strong background in the mortgage and real estate industries. As the Owner and President/Founder of The Knowledge Coop since March 2003, Ken Perry developed a system designed to facilitate employee training, policy documentation, and knowledge growth within organizations. Prior to this role, Ken Perry served as an Account Executive at Option One Mortgage and worked as a Loan Officer at H&R Block Mortgage. Ken Perry holds a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver and has pursued further studies in Speech Communication.
