Sahar Hajhassan is an experienced professional with a strong background in training, development, and management. Currently serving as the Training & Instructional Design Manager at The Kitchen Restaurant Group since June 2017, Sahar is responsible for the comprehensive development of training solutions that cater to a diverse workforce across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Sahar was the Salon & Spa Manager at On Broadway Hair Studio & Boulder Spa from January 2014 to June 2017, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, enhancing financial performance, and overseeing a staff of 20 employees through effective training and human resources practices. Sahar earned a degree from the University of Colorado Boulder between 2008 and 2012.
