Malia Piazza

Graduate Research Assistant at Kinsey Institute

Malia Piazza is a Graduate Research Assistant at Kinsey Institute, where Malia investigates research questions related to social-emotional health, sexual and romantic diversity, and behavioral neuroendocrinology. Malia also serves as a Gynecological Teaching Associate at the State of New Jersey Office of the Attorney General, guiding new Registered Nurses in training to become Forensic Sexual Assault Nurse Examiners. Additionally, Malia works as an Associate Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, designing student-centered lessons in Bioanthropology. Malia holds a PhD in Medical Anthropology from Indiana University Bloomington, an MEd in Human Sexuality from Widener University, and a BSEd in Biology from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
