Thimali Perera currently serves as the Restaurant Manager at The Kingsbury, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Thimali held various roles at Hilton, including Assistant Manager and Management Trainee, with a focus on the Front Office. An internship at Cinnamon Grand Colombo provided valuable insights into the hospitality and tourism industry in Sri Lanka. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Barista at Yummi Cakes, where responsibilities included customer service and training staff in coffee preparation. Thimali holds a Master of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration from the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and a Bachelor's degree in International Tourism and Management from The University of Salford. Education also includes a Diploma in Hospitality & Tourism from the Institute of Hospitality in the United Kingdom and foundational studies at Ladies College in Colombo.
