Kyleigh Taylor is an experienced professional in audience services and event management, currently serving as the Associate Director of Audience Services at Ensemble Arts Philly since January 2019. Responsibilities include overseeing a team of over 170 ushers, managing hiring, training, and scheduling, as well as maintaining communication with usher union leaders. Previous roles include House Manager at Penn Live Arts and ArtsEmerson, where Kyleigh ensured seamless event execution and compliance with ADA and emergency protocols. Additional experience includes managing operations as Studio Director at MiniLuxe, enhancing client relations and staff training. Kyleigh holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from Emerson College.
