Eliza Bailey is an experienced professional in arts education, currently serving as the Director of Theater & Dance Education at Ensemble Arts Philly since August 2018, where Eliza has also held roles as Education Program Manager and Education Program Coordinator. Between 2014 and 2020, Eliza was a Project Manager at The Archipelago Project, a non-profit organization focused on music education and advocacy. Previous roles include Adjunct Teaching Faculty at The Peabody Institute of The Johns Hopkins University, where Eliza co-conducted beginning concert bands and provided private trumpet lessons, as well as Administrative Assistant at Peabody Preparatory. Eliza also worked as a Project Manager for Creative Connections and as a teaching artist with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra's OrchKids program. Eliza Bailey holds a Master of Music in Trumpet Performance and a Music Education Certification from The Peabody Institute, alongside a Bachelor of Music in Trumpet Performance.
