Sheila O'Sullivan has a long and varied work experience in the hospitality industry. Sheila began their career as an Events Supervisor at The Shelbourne Hotel in 1999, where they managed the conference and banqueting sales department and handled larger conference and incentive business. Sheila then worked as an Events Manager at The Westin Dublin in 2002 before joining AC Events International Ltd. as a Manager in 2005. In 2010, they became a Sales Manager at Marriott International before moving on to The Shelbourne, where they held the positions of Senior Sales Manager from 2011 to 2015 and Assistant Director of Sales from 2015 to 2020. In 2020, Sheila joined The Marker Hotel as a Director of Sales and Marketing before taking on similar roles at The Ross Killarney and The Killarney Park in 2021. Their experience spans sales, marketing, and events management in several prestigious hotels and organizations.
Sheila O'Sullivan has a BA in Hotel & Business Management from Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology.
