Anthony Urbaites is a seasoned management consultant with over two decades of experience in driving operational and financial improvements for various industries. Currently serving as Senior Principal at The Keystone Group since May 2012, Anthony leads client engagements in turnaround management, merger and acquisition integration, and growth strategy. Prior to this, Anthony founded Aurum Consulting Group, focusing on sustainable profitability through operational excellence. As President of Louisville Stoneware, Anthony successfully revitalized a historic ceramics manufacturer, achieving record profitability. Anthony's career began at Keystone Consulting Group as an Associate Consultant, followed by a significant role as Continuous Improvement and Industrial Engineering Manager at Nestle USA, where substantial cost improvements were achieved. Academically, Anthony holds an MBA in Finance, Strategy, and Operations from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a degree in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University.
