Abhijith S Warrier is an experienced journalist with a diverse background in editorial and broadcasting roles. Currently serving as Desk Editor at The Ken since January 2024, Abhijith previously held the position of Editorial Lead at CommsCredible, where responsibilities included overseeing content operations and leading social media initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Sub Editor at The Hindu Business Line, focusing on finance writing, and as Senior Sub Editor at The New Indian Express, where contributions included extensive election coverage and feature story production. Abhijith also worked at CNBC-TV18 as Studio Director, directing key market news shows, and has a foundation in production roles. Abhijith holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Broadcast Journalism from the Indian Institute of Journalism & New Media and a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Kerala.
