Dr. Karen Roberts has been CEO of The Kemnal Academies Trust since September 2013.

Karen has been a successful Headteacher of two secondary schools in Kent and East Sussex. She was described by Ofsted as an ā€œoutstanding and inspirational leaderā€.

Karenā€™s commitment is to ensure that all TKAT pupils, regardless of the traditional barriers to success, have the opportunities and resources to achieve their academic and career aspirations within a safe, inclusive and ambitious environment.

Karenā€™s commitment is to ensure that all schools within TKAT are either Good or Outstanding.
