Nathan Michalik serves as the Executive Vice President of Finance & Accounting at K-Solv Group since May 2022, having previously held roles as Corporate Controller and Division Controller. Prior experience includes over a decade at ExxonMobil, where Nathan was Global Controls Manager, overseeing SOX control compliance and corporate audit processes, among other finance leadership roles. Nathan's financial expertise spans Global Financial Planning and Analysis, financial reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Educational credentials include an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, complemented by leadership programs from Thunderbird School of Global Management and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior roles also include a Mechanical Engineer position at Rockwell Collins and a summer internship as a Financial Analyst at ExxonMobil.
