Fiona Fischbach is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and performance systems. Currently serving as Head of Planning Performance and Risk at the Joseph Rowntree Foundation since February 2019, Fiona previously held the role of Performance Systems and Quality Manager at Foundation UK, where responsibilities included performance and quality management of supported housing services and case management system development. Earlier career positions include Project Manager for Fsharp, overseeing case management system implementation, and Development and Release Manager at Yorkshire Electricity Distribution Limited, managing a significant IT development program. Fiona began a career in project support as Programme Management Office Manager at Lombard and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Political Studies from the University of Leeds.
