Paul Van Vooren, CCCA, has an extensive background in construction management, with over three decades of experience across various roles and sectors. Currently serving as the Manager of Construction Services and Project Manager at The Jones Payne Group since August 2009, Paul leads a team focused on innovative design and execution. Notably, Paul provides Construction Administration services for the San Diego International Airport’s Quieter Home Program, addressing residential sound insulation needs. Previous positions include Senior Construction Consulting Associate at MC Consultants, Inc., Owner/Builder at Van Go Builders, and various roles in project management and construction compliance across multiple companies. With a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of New Hampshire, Paul combines technical expertise with strong communication skills to deliver successful construction projects.
