Pattie Darling has over two decades of experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Joint Commission since March 1999, focusing on hands-on development for all stages of the software development life cycle (SDLC) as a Full Stack Developer and previously as a Lead Software Development Analyst. Prior roles at Joint Commission included Senior Software Development Analyst, where Pattie supported financial systems, and Software Development Analyst, which involved supporting payroll applications. Before joining Joint Commission, Pattie worked as a Payroll Operations Specialist at Morton Salt and held consulting roles at Ernst & Young Global Consulting Services, implementing solutions for major clients. Pattie holds a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Illinois State University and an MBA in Accounting Systems from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
