Ryan Kelly is a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since July 2015, with prior experience as a Consulting Engineer at CED Technologies, Inc. from April 2014 to December 2019. Ryan served as an Officer and Helicopter Pilot in the United States Marine Corps from May 2004 to July 2015 and held the position of Master Instructor in Applications of Cyber Engineering at the United States Naval Academy between June 2013 and June 2015. Additionally, Ryan was the Chief Financial Officer at the Phoenix Patriot Foundation from March 2013 to August 2014. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School (2011-2013), and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the United States Naval Academy (2000-2004).
