Peter Thielen is a Senior Scientist at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, with expertise in molecular biology and genomics, focusing on DNA and RNA sequencing for various applications in clinical, environmental, and national security fields since November 2012. Prior to this role, Peter served as Research Laboratory Manager at Johns Hopkins Medical Institute – Center for Epigenetics, overseeing operations and strategic planning in a NIH-funded lab studying the epigenetic basis of diseases from August 2010 to November 2012.
