Alex Hinand has a diverse background in operations and management roles within the arts and cultural sector. They began their career as an Orchestra Personnel Management Apprentice at Spoleto Festival USA in 2017 and later served as an Orchestra Manager at the Aspen Music Festival and School and Florida State University. In 2018, they held the position of Interim Director of Operations at the Chicago Youth Symphony Orchestras. Alex also gained experience as an Audience Services Representative at the Lyric Opera of Chicago.
