Kristina Willoughby, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Center Manager at The Job Center Staffing since May 2018, and has concurrently held the position of Office Manager at The Job Store since September 2014, where a recent focus has been on increasing sales hours and enhancing client partnerships in the Hebron branch. In addition, Kristina temporarily assumed the role of Account Support Manager in Fairfield, OH, with a mission to improve office culture and refine recruiting methods. With a robust background managing over 100 employees at both Pinnacle Service Solutions and UPS in Hebron, Kristina's earlier experience includes five years as an Operations Assistant at Chick-fil-A, where responsibilities included leading shifts and managing store operations. Kristina earned a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Northern Kentucky University between 2011 and 2015.
