Maria Trammell has extensive experience in sales and event management within the hospitality and meetings industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Jekyll Island Authority since May 2015, Maria previously held roles in sponsorship and advertising sales with the Georgia Chapter of Meeting Planners International from 2013 to 2015, and as Event Sales Executive at Foxhall Resort & Sporting Club from 2010 to 2015. Additionally, Maria worked as Sr. Catering Sales Manager at Wyndham Peachtree Conference Center in 2012. Maria Trammell holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Georgia, earned between 1980 and 1985.
