Pamela Fink is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and operational management. Currently serving as a Talent & Engagement Coach at The JDK Group since 2015, Pamela oversees the hiring process, coordinates employee training, and implements performance development strategies. Previous roles include Catering Manager at Heritage Hills Golf Resort, where management of a 30+ employee team and the creation of training programs were key responsibilities, and Suite & Catering Manager at Hershey Entertainment & Resorts, overseeing a staff of over 60 and ensuring compliance with liquor laws. Pamela is also an entrepreneur, having owned Lakeside Creations, where customer relations and financial planning were central to operations. Early career experience as a trainer/server at Casa Rillo's Restaurant provided foundational skills in customer service and restaurant operations. Pamela holds an Associate’s Degree in Paralegal from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
