Jennifer Shin started their career in 2006 at Hood & Strong, LLP, where they worked as an Audit Manager/CPA until 2015. In 2015, they joined The James Irvine Foundation as an Assistant Controller, and later served as Controller from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Jennifer holds the position of Director of Finance at The James Irvine Foundation starting from January 2021.

Jennifer Shin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Saint Mary's College of California in 2004.
