Haden Springer is an experienced program officer currently leading grantmaking efforts for The James Irvine Foundation's Better Careers initiative, aimed at enhancing economic and social mobility for low-income workers. Previously, Springer served as the Director of Impact & Planning for Workforce Development at the Foundation for California Community Colleges, overseeing strategic planning and budget management for a $20+ million portfolio. Other notable roles include Senior Program Manager at the Center for Regional Economic Competitiveness, where Springer directed initiatives to support workforce evaluation, and various positions at RTI International and Cornell University, focusing on international development, community planning, and workforce training.
