Annie Bickerton is a seasoned professional in nonprofit management and impact assessment with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Impact Assessment and Learning Officer at The James Irvine Foundation since January 2023, Annie also operates as the Principal Consultant at Bardo Strategy, where support is provided to nonprofit leaders in areas such as board development and fundraising. Annie previously held positions as President of Social Policy Workers United and served in various roles at MDRC, ultimately contributing to evaluations and research in social welfare and criminal justice. Other notable roles include Director of Operations and Development at Drive Change and Director of Annual Giving and Parent Relations at The Cambridge School of Weston. Annie holds a Master’s degree in Non-Profit Management from The New School's Milano School and a Bachelor’s degree in Government with a minor in Spanish from Hamilton College.
