Mitch Chupak has a diverse work experience in various organizations. Mitch started their career in 1986 at the Bnai Zion Foundation, working in development until 1989. In 1997, they joined The Jaffa Institute as the Director of Development, a position they still hold. That same year, they also became the director of An Orange Tree in Zion, a role they held until 2016.
