Melhem Bader serves as the Principal of Ibdaa School for Arts in Sheikh Jarrah since September 2017. Additionally, Melhem coordinates Arab programs at the Israel Museum in Jerusalem, a role held since September 2013. Melhem also pursued academic excellence, obtaining a Master's Degree in Philosophy and Theology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem between 2014 and 2016, and another Master’s degree in Eastern Christianity - Philosophy and Theology from Freie Universität Berlin from 2006 to 2011.
