Cassandra Pearson is an experienced arts administration professional currently serving as Development Manager at Irish Repertory Theatre since September 2024. Previous roles include Interim Program Manager for the Graduate Program in Arts Administration at Boston University-Metropolitan College and various positions at Berkshire Music School Inc, ranging from Marketing Manager to Community Engagement Associate. Cassandra also contributed to Revolutionary Spaces as Associate Site Supervisor for the Raising Voices Festival and gained early experience as an Administrative Intern at 2luck Concepts and Programming Intern at Proctors Collaborative. Education includes a Master’s degree in Arts Administration from Boston University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication, Music, Management, and Leadership from Boston College.
