Katie Northrop is an experienced professional in customer success, currently serving as Senior Manager at Hireology since April 2019, following various roles within the company. Prior to Hireology, Katie held positions at LaSalle Network as a researcher and at RPM Italian as Controller/Maitre D. In addition to a strong background in customer success, Katie is also an active improviser, actor, and writer with The iO Theater since January 2018. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Roosevelt University and training at both the iO Training Center and The Second City Training Center.
