Claudia holds an MBA from Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa and has specialized training in real estate law and negotiation from prestigious institutions such as MIT Sloan School of Management and ADR Group in London. As Vice President of the Arbitration and Mediation Commission at Instituto Brasileiro de Direito Imobiliário, Claudia also plays an instructional role as an instructor and supervisor at Mediativa, contributing significantly to the field of conflict resolution in Brazil.
