Catherine Peulvé, an Avocat à la Cour and certified Mediator, has been registered at the Paris Bar since 1994 and practicing at CPLAW since February 2007, focusing on French and international business litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and insolvency law. As a registered Mediator with the CMAP since 2008 and on the lists of the Court of Appeals of Paris and the IEAM since 2019, Catherine is an active participant in the mediation community, serving as a member of GEMME. In addition to legal practice, Catherine is involved in teaching civil and commercial mediation at several institutions. Previous experience includes roles at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer, and training at the Freshfields London office. Catherine holds a master's degree in law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University and has been an accredited mediator with the CPR Institute since January 2020.
