Dad Hamdard is a seasoned Monitoring and Evaluation professional with extensive experience in managing databases and designing evaluation systems. Currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Indicator Database Manager for The International Foundation for Electoral Systems since February 2019, Dad oversees the consortium-wide indicator database for the Consortium for Elections and Political Process Strengthening.
