Michael Fernandez currently serves as the Operations Director at The Integrity Council for the Voluntary Carbon Market (ICVCM), where responsibilities include operational strategy, financial management, HR strategy, and governance support. Prior to this role, Michael was the Business Manager at The Behavioural Insights Team, focusing on business systems and project management processes. Earlier experience includes serving as Associate Director at Brook Lyndhurst, overseeing finances and strategic planning, and holding various research roles within the same organization. Michael has also worked as an International Accompanier at ACOGUATE and as a Researcher at Heist. Education includes a degree in Ibero-American Studies from the University of Leeds and studies at Universidade Federal da Paraíba.
