Martin Castellano

Martin Castellano has extensive work experience in the field of economics and research. Martin began their career at the Central Bank of Argentina, where they held various roles including Senior Manager of Economic Research and Chief of Staff. Martin then transitioned to the Institute of International Finance, where they served as a Senior Economist, Deputy Chief Economist, and eventually Head of Latam Research in the Economics Department. Prior to this, Martin worked as a Research Fellow for the City of Port St. Lucie and served as a Cecil Partee Fellow for the City of Evanston. Martin also worked as an Advisor to the President at the Central Bank of Argentina.

Martin Castellano earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina 'Santa María de los Buenos Aires' in 1997. Martin then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Economics from Universidad del CEMA in 1998. Later, they attended the University of Chicago from 2001 to 2003, where they obtained a Master's in Public Policy (MPP) with a focus on Public Policy.
