Romina Fernandez Temes is an experienced operations leader with a diverse background in customer service, team management, and event production. Currently serving as the EU Ops Lead at The Insiders since June 2021, Romina coordinates regional operations and formulates strategies to enhance performance. Previously, Romina held roles at StubHub, where responsibilities included leading a team to ensure high-quality customer service and managing quality control efforts. Additional experience includes account management at Ticketmundo, event production assistance at Un Kilo Producciones, and human resources support at Romeda Chemical. Romina holds degrees in Industrial Relations from UCAB and has completed various professional development courses in sales management and labor auditing.
