Ariana Baio is an experienced journalist currently serving as a News Reporter and Indy100 Staff Writer at The Independent since January 2022. Prior to this role, Ariana worked as a Social Media Coordinator at New Jersey Bride Magazine from November 2019 to December 2020 and completed an Editorial Internship at Food and Beverage Magazine from June 2018 to January 2019. Ariana holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Columbia University's Graduate School of Journalism (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from High Point University (2015-2019).
