Walt Buchholtz has extensive experience in public and government affairs, environmental management, and issue management roles at Exxon Corporation and ExxonMobil. Currently serving as the Operations Director at The Immokalee Foundation, Walt is responsible for implementing career pathways initiatives for empowering youth in Southwest Florida to pursue high-demand professional careers. Walt also worked as a consultant to analyze existing programming and opportunities for middle and high school students in Immokalee. Walt holds a Master of Science in Environmental Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science.
