David Middlemiss has over 35 years of work experience in various finance and accounting roles. David is currently employed as a Finance Business Partner at THE ICONIC since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Real Pet Food Company as a Site Accountant from February 2018 to April 2023. David served as a Contractor at Coregas Pty Ltd - a Wesfarmers company from May 2017 to January 2018.

Before that, David served as the Financial Controller at Sebel Furniture from February 2010 to June 2016. From August 2004 to March 2009, they worked as the Group Management Accountant at Bush's Pet Foods, where they oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and ERP costing modules.

David's previous experience includes roles such as Management Accountant at B&D Australia from March 1999 to August 2004, Business Analyst at National Rail Corporation from 1995 to 1999, and Plant Accountant at ACI Insulation (a division of BTR Nylex) from 1988 to 1993.

David Middlemiss attended Western Sydney University from 1986 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting. David has not obtained any additional certifications at this time.
