Thomas Sines

National Account Manager - Managed Service at The ICEE Company

Thomas Sines has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. Thomas most recently worked at The ICEE Company as a National Account Manager, where they managed customer accounts on a national level and built relationships to grow opportunities with key accounts. Prior to that, they served as a Service Manager at Restaurant Technologies, leading a team of Service Technicians and implementing processes to meet customer expectations. Before that, Thomas was the Director of Service at Multi Flow Dispensers Inc, driving growth and profitability for the company. Thomas also worked at Nestlé Professional as a Regional Operations Manager, where they managed direct and indirect reports responsible for maintaining customer beverage equipment and ensured superior customer service. Thomas began their career at Delphax Technologies, starting as a service technician and advancing to the role of Site Manager, overseeing service technicians working on complex printing systems.

Thomas Sines attended Anne Arundel Community College from 1983 to 1986. During this time, they obtained an Associate's degree in Electronics Engineering Technologies. Additionally, they were a member of the Tau Alpha Pi Honor Society at the college, although the exact date of their certification is unknown.
