Dayna Gilchrist is an experienced marketing professional and the Founder and CEO of The HYPE! Agency LLC, which has established itself as a leading event staffing and execution partner in the marketing industry since its inception in July 2006. Prior to founding The HYPE! Agency, Dayna held the position of Senior Manager in Marketing & Promotions at Alloy Media + Marketing from 2003 to 2006, where responsibilities included live experiential marketing, guerilla marketing, and on-site event logistics. Dayna holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire, earned in 2002.
