Daniela Fontana is an experienced recruitment and operations manager with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Recruitment Manager at The Hummingbird Bakery since September 2022, Daniela is responsible for screening, shortlisting applicants, conducting interviews, and scheduling trials. Prior to this role, Daniela worked as Assistant Operations Manager at JLL, where responsibilities included managing contracted service teams and overseeing health and safety reporting. Daniela's extensive experience with The Hummingbird Bakery includes previous roles as Assistant Operations Manager and Branch Manager, where responsibilities encompassed operational oversight, financial result delivery, and team development.
