David Roberts has extensive experience in program management and donor care, currently serving as Manager of Donor Care at The Humane Society of the United States since January 2016. Concurrently, David has been a Program Manager at Corporate Call Center, Inc. since September 2008, where responsibilities include managing numerous sales and customer service programs, developing Quality Performance Improvement Action Plans, and overseeing customer retention outreach initiatives. Prior roles include Training Supervisor, responsible for training new employees, and Insurance Agent at Aflac. David began a professional career in client relations and project implementation at Goodway Graphics. David holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Acting from the University of the Arts.
