Craig Patterson has extensive work experience in the recruiting and staffing industry. Craig is currently the Director of Sales at The HT Group, where they focus on building strong relationships with clients and addressing their critical business needs. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Finance and Accounting Search at Technology Navigators, Inc. From 2017 to 2020, they held the position of Director of Professional Services at The HT Group, where they provided custom-tailored staffing strategies. Before that, they worked as an Executive Search Manager at Addison Group from 2014 to 2017. From 2003 to 2014, they were the Owner of Cref Executive Search. Craig began their career as a recruiter at Ajilon from 1998 to 2002.

Craig Patterson attended Texas State University from 1990 to 1994, where they pursued and completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting and Finance.
