Nicole Carey, CPHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Human Resources Consultant at The HR Advantage since October 2023, Nicole previously held a similar role at Inspired HR Ltd from March 2022 to October 2023. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Manager at North & Company LLP from March 2015 to March 2022, where responsibilities entailed managing daily operations and supervising legal staff. Nicole also worked as HR Manager at Tim Horton's from December 2013 to March 2015, gaining comprehensive knowledge in human resources functions. Earlier roles at TD Canada Trust included Manager of Customer Service and Customer Relations Coordinator, where foundational skills in customer service and staff management were developed.
